My heater haa t worked in a couple years, finally called to have it looked at. They were able to get a tech out same day to look at it for us. Bob Hackett was our tech. He was kind, honest and knowledgeable about how we could get it working! He told us because our unit was so old the part may or may not fix it. He ordered the part and came back today to install it. Our heater now works after 3+ years! Thank you Bob! Would recommend Bob to anyone who asks!

(Only 4 stars bc they had to push me to the next day due to scheduling) . But the technician Shea was great; kind, respectful, polite and thorough. it was a rainy awful day out and he was so careful to keep the floor clean and did not complain. he was patient and kind to my kid who kept wanting to see what was going on. of course i wished the price was less but i think it was fair for the job.shea at least seemed to thoroughly try the cheaper route first and was relatable with the unexpected cost. the woman or women i spoke to on the phone both days were really kind as well with great customer service skills. (Good customer service skills goes very far with me!) ty ASAP for getting us up a running again (and to help me remind my kids what NOT to flush down the toilet 😆)
