DWR Del Monte Waste Removal

5 star experience! I’m a plumber. Got a late night call ejector out filled up the hatch unable to fix the pump. Contacted them at 930pm. Was called by the owner. Had a guy out with in 30 minutes. I was able to do what I had to do because of them doing what I needed them to do !! To me service really matters when you need it the most. When there’s 3 tenents with no bathrooms. Who shows up matters the most. Price was second to none. Call them ! Plumbers you need some one to rely on, this is your people !

For the past couple days the plumbing has been backing up and was getting worse. Me, being a new homeowner and never having to deal with septic before, I figured it was past time to get the septic pumped out. I contacted several septic companies and all of them were booked until next week which would’ve been fine if I didn’t just remodel the entire interior of my house. I contacted DWR and they quoted me a cheaper price and would be here today. I was figuring within a few hours they would be here. Well, I was wrong. I honestly think they showed up faster than the police would have. They were here within 20 minutes if that. And the driver was very nice and very professional, and gave me pointers about cleaning the filter in case the plumbing gets backed up again.
