Mr. Appliance of Knoxville

I had an overall good experience with Mr. Appliance. Scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived within the expected time window. They were professional, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair without making a mess. While the repair took a bit longer than I initially expected and the cost was on the higher side, the work was done correctly and my appliance has been working well since. I’d consider using them again for future appliance repairs.

My husband and I had Mr. Appliance come out to fix our dishwasher. We explained that there was some kind of clog that would resolve itself every few days after using hot water, baking soda, etc but continued to be an ongoing issue for weeks and made the appliance unreliable. We knew there was a deeper issue going on. The technician who came out started the dishwasher a few times and it was working. This we expected, but explained to him the appliance does not consistently work and had broken down yesterday. We asked him to look deeper into the issue. He refused and recommended we use cleaning tablets. He charged us $160 for that recommendation. Now, a week later after taking his advice and using the tablets, our dishwasher is still not working. We asked the company if we would be charged again for coming out. They assured us they will be charging again! We are very disappointed for the clear lack of effort of this company and for wasting our time and money.
