Friedman’s is fantastic! We could not ask for better customer service and installation. We love our appliances and they have been so helpful with everything in our building process. I highly recommend them for replacement or new kitchens.
Matthew and John delivered and installed our new microwave oven this afternoon. The installation was handled smoothly and efficiently and the old oven and packing materials were removed without a trace. Before leaving they went over the control panel to ensure we fully understood how to operate the new appliance. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated and we highly recommend them and Friedman’s for your appliance needs.
Josh and Doug (AKA Melvin) at the warehouse were awesome guys! They greeted me by name with My wife's new washing machine gave me some good advice and loaded it up in my truck then made sure I had straps to tie down. It's great to see Old school customer service ! Thanks again guys!
My experience with Friedman's was excellent in every way. Josh in sales was very easy to work with. Delivery was as promised. Matthew and Alec were professional, friendly, and very careful not to damage the stove or my home. They explained the basic operations and special features, confirmed the unit was working correctly and that I was 100% happy before they left. Their manager Larry even popped by to confirm all was done as promised. I was delighted and will I never choose a big box store again!
Gina was wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She really took the time to make our kitchen appliance purchase exactly what we were looking for.
