Mr. Appliance of Batavia & Independence

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance, especially their technician, Rusty. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and efficient. Rusty arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance, and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and left the area clean and tidy. It’s rare to find service that feels this reliable and stress-free. If you need appliance repair, I highly recommend Mr. Appliance — and ask for Rusty if you can! Outstanding service all around. Thank you so much Rusty! My washer and dryer is back into brand new shape and if it wasn’t for you I think I would be pulling my hair out! You’re truly amazing keep up the good work! 5 stars! 10/10.

Process was painless. Requested for service on line on a Sunday, they responded the next morning. Had an appointment the following Friday. Repair man found the problem right away. They ordered a new part for me and returned the following Thursday. Repair man was courteous and wore booties to protect my floors. My washer was under warranty and no fee was charged. But, I’m sure the business treats every customer as professionally no mater the problem. I highly recommend this business.

Don the service man was awesome!! He was fast and did a great job!! Totally knew what he was doing! The only down fall was the answering ladies!! Did not care for them I felt I was given the run around with did not care to speak or work with them. I was told I would get a phone call or a text. I got a text and I got a phone call for the first time for Don to come to our home the second time because he didn’t have the part. Don told me it would be in the same format a text or a call like they did the first time however I got nothing, I was on my way to work. I work night shift. I needed to know what time to be home in time for Dawn to come. I called the lady she couldn’t tell me all she said was it’s tomorrow what time you’ll get a phone call or a text. I still didn’t get one so I called back Once again, I would get a phone call or a text. Finally I gave up and then I called back because I was frustrated and she said oh we sent you an email at 3:45 this afternoon. I said I wouldn’t have known to check my email because before it was either a voicemail or a text so I really don’t care to work with the ladies in the office. They need to have a little more training in my opinion , some of them were rude but as far as Don, he was awesome and he fixed my dryer . if I could go around the ladies and schedule with someone else you bet I would no doubt, but you can’t do that so I have to deal with those ladies which I prefer not to. Thank you
