Gavin was friendly, and professional. My gas fireplace was installed by the previous owner, so he took time to explain how it works. He also cleaned the unit & answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with the service & hope to continue with this company for yearly maintenance.

So happy with our experience! We were lucky that they had a cancellation today, they were able to come out and inspect and clean our fireplace. Gavin was our technician, and he was excellent! Everything was clean and tidy. He also took time afterwards to teach us how to utilize the fireplace as well as cover fire safety for the children. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this company.
The guys worked steady and made my eroded upper chimney stack likenew again and pointing joints that needed. Being a "A" frame type house, the chimney stack goes quite high......appreciate thier work and skill! Good Job!! Van Michael
