These people are amazing! The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to get us a next-day delivery because our old fridge was already dead. The delivery itself was impeccable and professional. It often feels nowadays like most companies are just trying to take more of your money while giving you less, but Lee and Jacks is such a breath of fresh air!
Great experience buying a fridge from Lee & Jack’s. Stopped by with an idea of what we wanted and Hunter hooked us up. They were able to fit us in next-day for delivery (with free haul-away), and the delivery guys were as pro as I’ve seen. Thanks to the team, hope this fridge lasts as long as our last.
Purchased a GE cooktop and forgot to leave a review. Excellent service. Had to wait a little while for them to get the item in stock but not their fault (Supplier issue). Delivery and installation was a breeze, as they have their own installers and they did everything perfectly. Great pricing, no issues at all. Will definitely use them again. Yes, it’s a small storefront, but if you do your research in advance and tell them what you want, they are a great company to work with.

She was so eager to help, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she’s genuinely proud to be part of the family business, which made the experience even more special. She was personable, warm, and absolutely adorable to work with.
