Days appliance helped my 86 yo dad replace his 40 yo washer. He had no idea what to do and Days took care of all of it. From the receptionist, to the tech who came out same day, to the installers…. Thank you! He’s very pleased….. and if he wasn’t, I would definitely have heard about it! :).
What a great guy Brian is. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. Quickly discovered the reason my freezer door wouldn’t close completely. Tried adjusting. Needs new rail. Got it ordered and said he’d be back this week when parts arrive. I am very pleased. Top marks and my gratitude.The parts are expensive but way cheaper than the $900 the 1st repairman Quoted.
Excellent service! It went so well and seamlessly smooth. The customer service on the phone actually helped me with my garbage disposal over the phone ,then scheduled me for dishwasher repair same day. Steve came in and promptly diagnosed my dishwasher. I was very confident with his professionalism. I have now found my go to appliance team! Thank you!
