Mobile Kangaroo - Apple Authorized Service Provider

Great and kind staff-just a minor qualm. When I went for my battery replacement appointment, they didn’t have the battery in stock. I have an older iPhone. Not entirely their fault, as I made the appointment through Apple and not them, so they didn’t have my info, but maybe a good idea to be contacted ahead of time to confirm stock of battery. Other thing was when my phone was handed back to me, the Find My Repair Mode was still enabled, and I had to contact Apple to troubleshoot in order to remove. Find My Repair Mode should be disabled when the repair is done. Again, though, this places beats a hellish Apple Store any day.

20/10 experience at Mobile Kangaroo! I cannot recommend this place enough. Mobile Kangaroo is an authorized iPhone repair shop, and they fixed my iPhone the same day, quick, efficient, and flawlessly done. Zach went about and beyond. Overall, I had a very positive experience here. They are an authorized Apple service provider, so it’s essentially the same as going to the Apple Store - but with a much better experience. The difference is that they are actual engineers who understand issues at a much deeper technical level. At the Apple Store, I often felt like I was just talking to a salesperson rather than someone who could truly diagnose and fix the problem. Here, I didn’t have to argue or “prove” that the issue was real - they simply understood and addressed it. I highly recommend this neighborhood store if you’re having any problems with your Apple products. You’ll get expert service without the hassle.
