Brandon was absolutely top notch. He was early to the job, worked very cleanly and has a great eye for detail. He is very professional and personable. Got my place looking and smelling fresh. 10/10. I would recommend Brandon to anyone seeking to rejuvenate their carpets!
Carpet Pro was reliable and came prepared to do the job we quoted. Service was quick, and carpet smelled fresh after job was completed. It was nice that they did not need a water source from our home-they were able to reach all areas without different access points. Will use this company again.
I hired Carpet Pros to clean my carpet when moving out of my apartment in University Place in 2010. Mark was not only professional, but he was kind and friendly. He was honest about the condition of my carpet, which was in great condition, (the cleaning was required to complete the move-out checklist), and charged me accordingly. I’ve kept his card this entire time and called him again when in need of upholstery cleaning. Since I live in Seattle now, the service requested is out of his service area. True to form, Mark provided me with information of a company to try in my area and provided honest feedback on what to expect. I will definitely refer everyone I know to call Carpet Pros.
I called Mark to inquire about carpet stretching and he was incredibly helpful and honest. He talked with me about options and actually suggested I shop for new carpet before deciding to stretch it. It’s not often that a business owner turns down business for “the right” reasons. I appreciate his candor and if I ever need anything in regard to my carpet needs, he will be the guy I call! Great service!
