My phones screen blacked out and having absolutely no knowledge about phones i felt very nervous. It's sat had a trip that day ,went to the xfinity store to purchase a phone and thought my problem was resolved. They told they couldn't transfer the information to my knew phone since the old phone died . He suggested to go to Jet city to fix my phone to transfer the information to my new phone. I thought I will have to leave it for a few days, nope the nicest guy started working on it immediately and in one hour it was fixed, all the storage was transferred to my new phone for a reasonable price. The best part is how friendly they were with me . One of my best experiences with a business ever , thanks a million.
