They keys worked but I was charged twice as much as I should have been and couldn’t get a refund. I selected the $4 option to make a single copy. Then I was offered a free second key, so I agreed. The machine made three keys and charged me $8. I tried to get a refund at the Lowe’s customer service desk and they said they couldn’t help me because there wasn’t a bar code on the receipt I had in an email.

Minute key was quick and easy to use,my keys were crafted fine and worked on every try. It’s safe to use the kiosk too. Great experience
