They were great had lost the key to my KLR650 sadly they were very honest and up front got the key made in one day price was very reasonable I will definitely be going back to get more spare keys made
I had contacted Bill's to open a safe it took them only a day to send out a technician and opened the safe in no less then 20mins. I highly recommend anyone who needs a safe opened ,mine needed to be drilled, and they even offered a repair service. 10/10 service.
TRASH. Service was trash, went to Bills to get my key fob programmed to my car. At first the gentleman stated in front of us that he didn’t even know how to do it but still proceeded to do it and got it to work. It worked for two days and then the key wouldn't unlock my car door neither will it start my car. Called up the next business day to speak with the same gentleman who did it and was asked a bunch of questions about was the battery dead when did we get a new battery and when did we change out the key fob battery. Asked to have someone come out there and look into it for me to see and was told it would be $70 just for him to come look a... TRASH. Called up the next business day to speak with the same gentleman who did it and was asked a bunch of questions about was the battery dead when did we get a new battery and when did we change out the key fob battery. Asked to have someone come out there and look into it for me to see and was told it would be $70 just for him to come look at the car, I agreed to the price and was told that he wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day, ok, that’s fine. Next day comes and goes no calls no show from Jeff to come look at it. A week has passed now and we still have been getting the run around and going in circles with the same man who fixed it first which I believe was Matt and then trying to get in contact with Jeff has been absolute hell. Jeff gets on the phone and in the most rudest way says we can’t do anything about it, after you leave it’s nothing that we can do to help and hung up the phone. Well that’s a waste of time, regardless, you could have been said that or just come out there for the $70 you wanted to charge us to look and try to give assistance with the issue. Just DISGUSTING attitude. Thank you to Matt I think the man with the long hair for putting up with my frustrations but other than him everyone else was rude and acted like they could care less to help us.
We had 4 locks and 4 deadbolts installed on a commercial building. They were very professional, reasonably priced and responded to concerns with care. Bill still works there!
The elderly woman in the office was extremely rude throughout the request, all the way through to when I paid. It was almost unbelievable. She was upset that I didn’t know that someone had to be present - I was calling for a client- yet she never informed me of this policy. “WE ARE NOT GOING TO JUST WAIT AROUND FOR YOU!” Is exactly what she said. She huffed and raised her voice at me and spoke in a derisive tone. When I asked for her name, she mumbled something that sounded like “Kebby”, and would not repeat it. I will never call them again.
