Samuel did a great job, he communicated well how far out he was, and explained all services and inspections that needed to be completed to insure my families safety and to protect our home. I had a great experience with Mr. Sparky of Little Rock. I had Samuel Engle as my electrician. He was very professional and thorough. He took his time to ensure proper diagnosis of the problem. He was honest as well to finding out my appliances were the problem and not my electricity. I hope this review helps any other customers trying to find the right electrician for their homes.
Samuel Engle was so helpful and professional when he kept his appointment with us. He was on time and worked tireless to help us with our problems. Great service and luke as the technician you get what you pay for. The Generac has not ran for months, and I wasn’t aware of it. He tested it after Repairing the unit. The price they quoted me is what it was and I was not offered any discount discounts or anything for this review. I was offsite when the technician did the repairs and he sent me videos step-by-step on everything he did which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely call back to Mister Sparky..
Neighbors tree limb fell on power line coming into our house ripping service panel and everything off the house on a Sunday evening. Mister Sparky electrician (Tristan) promptly arrived, assessed the situation, diligently explained everything that would need to be done and answered all questions and concerns. The following morning Tristan and team member arrived, completed the repairs promptly in a professional manner. Very satisfied with experience and work. Thank you Tristan and your assistant.
