Great service and luke as the technician you get what you pay for. The Generac has not ran for months, and I wasn’t aware of it. He tested it after Repairing the unit. The price they quoted me is what it was and I was not offered any discount discounts or anything for this review. Neighbors tree limb fell on power line coming into our house ripping service panel and everything off the house on a Sunday evening. Mister Sparky electrician (Tristan) promptly arrived, assessed the situation, diligently explained everything that would need to be done and answered all questions and concerns.
