Wish I can give them 0 stars. Up until now I was satisfied with this company they WILL NOT return phone calls. I currently have a business account with them and I am trying to cancel services b/c I moved and I need them to cancel my account and stop drafting the payment out of my account I have been calling for 2 months and I am yet to get a call back my next step is court I bet they will call back when they are served with some court papers.
I had the BEST experience with the technician who installed my Brinks. Fred was very personable, very bright and fun to be around. He took his time in making sure everything worked correctly and provided me with important safety information. You can tell he is passionate about what he does! Overall, I have full confidence in his knowledge of security systems!
Ryan has always been great for us. They actually do the security at my business for the last 5 years and he’s done 2 of my houses. Everything has been as described and if I’ve ever had an issue he’s jumped on it and got it sorted right away. I can’t recommend using them enough, a local business who’s only a phone call away. Thanks for all you guys do !!!!!!
