Milhorn Appliance

It’s interesting the mixed reviews. I have nothing but positive things to save re: Millhorn appliances. They came out the very day I called, very polite and professional. Everything was done really in a superb way. I think Nathan was replace a part amazing. Really knew his stuff and fixed the dishwasher without having to replace a part, and temporarily (at least) fixed the stove. He Let me know the cost to replace the big part that was broken and we may get back to them or we may just trust and allow for a while. In any case, totally professional and it was a great experience. I am grateful!

I live in a condo and when we purchased the unit the fridge was a permanent fixture. It was great until the heater in the freezer went out! I called Milhorn based on several people telling me they were great people! Well, Nathan proved them all right, as he was the nicest and most helpful person I have encountered in ANY service industry! Even though he had to order my part and it would be a week before he could fix it, he made sure to do a temporary fix so that we had a fridge for that week! He is awesome and really knows his trade very well! He diagnosed my problem in literally 1 minute! I would highly recommend Milhorn appliance to anyone needing appliance help!

Beware astronomical service call fees!!! Never disclosed extra charge for outside of Kingsport. No repairs done and charge $135!!! That is crazy charge to come out for 15 minutes. And the repair cost itself higher than buying new one. And then had the audacity to try and get me to buy one from them. Will never use or recommend them ever!! Would leave 0 stars but not an option and the owner was argumentative with me as well. Not to mention had tried to get in contact with them numerous times over several days and always a busy tone. Take your repairs elsewhere!!! *****And see their response as an example of great customer care and service below. ***
