We needed a 2 bend broiler element for our stove, we got one from Shorts for $75. Took it home and the silver tab on the end broke off. So we went back to Shorts, they had a different shape 3 bend element that was the same length, since a replacement part would take 3 days . Paid $20 for the 3 bends and it worked fine. Then few weeks later our dryer belt broke, Shorts ordered a new one $33. Got there the next day. Putting it on later today.

I needed a belt for my clothes dryer and sure enough they had the belt I needed. Debbie the owners daughter was so very nice and helpful. Appears to me she runs the business for her Dad. I would her to be recognized for National Women's Day for the extreme dedication to her Dad and the business. Debbie advised her Dad has been in business this year for 50 years serving the Tri-Cities , Tn. and I am sure she has been right beside him. Highly Recommend, GREAT PEOPLE !

Very nice and helpful to my 87 year old mother. He knew what the problem was by talking to her and He could have come to her house a nd charged a house call. He didn't do that though . I know your not in business just for kicks and giggles and its your livelihood and I thank you for doing that for her. Love and Light

Best prices and service in the area. Can you beat some of the prices on Amazon? Sure. Are you willing to wait 2 or 3 days for a repair? Over a $10 price difference? Probably not. Pleased with the customer service on getting the parts I needed and got them in one trip on the same day I needed them. Highly recommend.
