Guys basically did what was required although on our dryer duct the vent cap at the end of the run is located under our deck and is admittedly not an easy place to get to. It is, however, the area I was most concerned about of all the ducts in the house. The workers said that they were a little too large to crawl under the deck to access the vent and clean the duct from the outside, so they basically pulled the lint that had collected in the duct and vent from the dryer. I felt this their response was inadequate and after they’d left I crawled under the deck to access the vent. It was still completely lined with lint. I don’t have a lint swabber and tried using my hand by reaching through the vent to scrape as much of the lint lining the duct as I could. Obviously, I was unable to be thorough and am displeased that I paid nearly $700 and didn’t get the major concern I had to begin with dealt with. **Followup review: So as you can see from the response from the company, they pledged to make my issue right. Boy did they. Friendly, dedicated, and fearless. Had a difficult job done in 1/2 hour, and it was done incredibly well. I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars, and they earned every one! Thanks, guys.
