The tech was friendly enough however he wasn't knowledgeable and lacked good communication. Instead of checking my exhaust vent through the available gap he punched a hole into it. The furnace wasn't cleaned when he left and I had a bad feeling. Thankfully, I had SourceGas come check it out and they found a carbon monoxide leak! The other company I called to repair the leak also found a cracked heat exchanger. I definitely wouldn't recommend them Mullens.

Nathan and crew installed a Navien tankless water heater for us in July, and it was a fantastic overall experience. They were tidy, efficient and professional. They had to adapt to an abnormal pipe configuration and it was done perfectly. They also had to transition the setup from electric to gas, and the exhaust & intake pipes were run impressively through our finished basement with zero drywall damage. To top it off, the water heater has been working perfectly. We really appreciate the team's expertise and professionalism.
