The techs who inspected my heater were the best! They were fast, efficient, answered all my questions and were very much professionals! Sheet Metal Products is the business to call for your heater needs. You'll be glad you did.
Excellent install, hard work, and communication. Everything's working like a charm. Will definitely recommend.
When our cap blew off our furnace vent we called Sheet Metal Products and Ryan came out within a few hours and helped us. He was so helpful and had a lot of insight about our old furnace pipes. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service! I highly recommend this company!
We will never call these crooks again! Put wrong part on furnace then tried to say we were blaming them for a problem that was not happening prior to them coming. Their part was not correct after two other companies confirmed the part could not keep up with our furnace. Also stated we had no carbon monoxide in home which neither Richard or Tanner tested for. You all also didn’t attach ground wire when you installed the incorrect part and never told us up front this was “after market part”. So if this “after market part” fit our furnace why did you have to drill holes to make it fit? Other HVAC questioned this as well because if this par... We will never call these crooks again! You all also didn’t attach ground wire when you installed the incorrect part and never told us up front this was “after market part”. So if this “after market part” fit our furnace why did you have to drill holes to make it fit? Other HVAC questioned this as well because if this part fit (which it did not) no new holes would have been needed. Also when you enter a home with security cameras maybe be careful what you say and don’t say to customers because we have it all on camera both your conversation and Tanner’s conversation. LIARS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE! Next company we called did test after installing correct part and we had carbon monoxide in home! New HVAC company also took their part and didn’t charge even though they installed and won’t reuse a this part. Richard do better this is a small town and word of mouth is going to hurt! Also your condescending email to us acting as we didn’t know what we were taking about when we actually did and your letter you mailed instead of calling a customer is very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I had Sheet Metal Products out in September to check all the furnaces at my apartment building. The one apartment was vacant, but I told the repairman that the previous tenant had said the furnace was not turning on. SUPPOSEDLY the technician fixed the problem. When the new renter moved in the end of November she said that the furnace still wasn't working. I was having knee surgery the next day. As soon as I got home from the hospital I called Sheet Metal and told them. They sent someone out ... but then billed me for a service call when they never fixed it the first time. Sheet Metal Products does not stand behind there work. Hire someone e... I had Sheet Metal Products out in September to check all the furnaces at my apartment building.
