We will never call these crooks again! Put wrong part on furnace then tried to say we were blaming them for a problem that was not happening prior to them coming. Their part was not correct after two other companies confirmed the part could not keep up with our furnace. Also stated we had no carbon monoxide in home which neither Richard or Tanner tested for. You all also didn’t attach ground wire when you installed the incorrect part and never told us up front this was “after market part”. So if this “after market part” fit our furnace why did you have to drill holes to make it fit? Other HVAC questioned this as well because if this part fit (which it did not) no new holes would have been needed. Also when you enter a home with security cameras maybe be careful what you say and don’t say to customers because we have it all on camera both your conversation and Tanner’s conversation. LIARS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE! Next company we called did test after installing correct part and we had carbon monoxide in home! New HVAC company also took their part and didn’t charge even though they installed and won’t reuse a this part. Richard do better this is a small town and word of mouth is going to hurt! Also your condescending email to us acting as we didn’t know what we were taking about when we actually did and your letter you mailed instead of calling a customer is very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
