Mister B's Heating and Cooling

We first used Mister B's several years ago for an air conditioner install and now we use them twice per year for inspection/tune up of our furnace and A/C. From the office staff to the technicians, they are kind, communicative, punctual, professional and pleasant to have in the house. Every technician we've encountered takes time to educate us and answer questions - I've never felt like we were an inconvenience or a burden. I highly recommend Mister B's for any HVAC installations, service and repairs!

Came for emergency visit. I get it was an exhaust motor to get it fixed, but couldn’t order part until Monday. Had to put half down was on hold for awhile at office after already calling and couldn’t get anyone to pay half down. The day they installed. He was late and didn’t even bother to let me know. I had to text and was told other job ran late. Finally got it installed. It was a real hassle. I will not be working with them again!!

The quote and recommendations were straight forward and detailed as well as explained well. AC unit needed replaced as it had quit and had them replace the furnace as well due to age. Price was reasonable for the replacement and install of both. The two that came out were simple with little interruptions (I never remember names). They walked me through the items I needed to know for future use and maintenance. Cleaned up work spaces when completed. The company followed all of my requests, kept me updated, and an ease to work with. Would definitely recommend

Matt, Brandon, and Jackson were great. Communicated when they would show up and did a great job. Cleaned up after and explained everything they did and indicated preventative maintenance for my furnace. Another great experience from Mister B’s!
