Master Controls was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had them do a low voltage installation on a BAS System in a large Warehouse facility. Their communication and quality of work was top notch. I would recommend them for any low voltage installation that you may have.
Called Homeserve to have a mast head bracket reconnected due to roofers not putting it back. They were out within days and took care of everything. Highly professional and outstanding work.
Called to get an emergency electrician on a Saturday. Had a call back and the gentleman was very dismissive and even after telling us the higher rate of the emergency call we agreed to pay since there was no heat. He keep trying to push us off and get us to not have someone come out. Finally after telling him multiple times we would pay the price he stated we would get another call and someone would be out in less than 4 hours. We never heard back from anyone in this company.
