Nobody Special
Shawn is a hard-working one-man operation. He is fair, reliable, and very polite. He's sometimes hard to get ahold of because he's very busy (because he's very good). Treat him gently, though, because he's very sensitive and if you offend him in any way, he'll just stop taking your calls. (I have an alpha personality and I guess I intimidate some people... My loss, but I don't know how to be anyone else but me.)

Shawn is easy to work with and had by far the best price and quality equipment for our furnace and ac replacement, with no pushy sales tactics like some companies in town. When we had trouble starting our ac for the season, he came out on a Friday evening to help. Great price, quality, communication, and service!

The furnace shop is by far the best service for maintenance on heating and Cooling systems. Shawn came out over the weekend to service the heater that was not working. He said he had to order a part. He promptly got the part and came back in the late evening and got the house nice and toasty. I used him for my AC installation and was so much lower priced than other contractors. Such a great communicator!!

I've been very happy working with Shawn for my HVAC needs over the years here in Cheyenne. Shawn's pricing is very fair and the quality of work is outstanding. He is extremely professional and will answer all of your questions regarding any of your HVAC projects. He's easy to contact and will go out of his way to make sure all of your needs are met in as timely of a manner as possible. I highly recommend Shawn at the Furnace Shop as one of the top HVAC technicians in the local area!
