The furnace shop is by far the best service for maintenance on heating and Cooling systems. Shawn came out over the weekend to service the heater that was not working. He said he had to order a part. He promptly got the part and came back in the late evening and got the house nice and toasty. I used him for my AC installation and was so much lower priced than other contractors. Such a great communicator!!

Shawn is a hard-working one-man operation. He is fair, reliable, and very polite. He's sometimes hard to get ahold of because he's very busy (because he's very good). Treat him gently, though, because he's very sensitive and if you offend him in any way, he'll just stop taking your calls. (I have an alpha personality and I guess I intimidate some people... My loss, but I don't know how to be anyone else but me.)
