We had a shower install go horribly wrong with another company. They were unable to fix the issue today however they reached out to Brents Plumbing. Everyone from Brents was friendly and Rusty did an absolutely amazing job . If we ever have another plumbing issue we will definitely call them first!
Great local company! They are incredibly quick to respond (had someone out within a couple hours for both calls I've made to them regarding leaks). The owner (though new, as the son took over for the dad recently) is very kind and helpful. He's making something great of the company for sure. Again, love that they are a local family ran business. Knowledgeable and quick in their repairs. Could not recommend them more!
These guys have always done good work have been professional prices have been fair. I have used them numerous times on different projects for many years without disappointment. That is not to say that I have never had any issues, but the issues have been very few and far between and they have been quick to take responsibility and resolve any problems. They have also been very generous with their time and giving me information and advice. I wish everybody was this good. These guys set the standard for plumbers in Cheyenne.
