I had an excellent experience with Maine New Hampshire Computer Services (MNCS)! They truly exceeded my expectations with their genuine care and prompt service. When I called about my television issue, they asked detailed questions to understand the problem and offered quick home check solutions. What impressed me most was their flexibility. They had an earlier service slot available and called to see if I could accommodate it, which worked perfectly for me. The service technician, Dan, arrived on time and was incredibly courteous, personable, and respectful. He quickly assessed the issue, discussed the service plan with me, and proceeded with testing. He even had the necessary part on hand and resolved the problem immediately. Dan even took the time to assist me in remounting the TV securely to the wall and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I can't thank the MNCS team enough for their excellent customer service. From the initial phone call to the on-site service, every interaction was top-notch. I highly recommend MNCS to anyone needing reliable and efficient tech support! As others have said, this company is terrible. I found their practice to be deceptive. They ride the wins (repairs), and those who do not get repaired are ignored. Their technician flat out lied to me in my home about coming back. Instead, he closed the ticket, and they never called me. I called two weeks later to find this out, they refused to repair the issue or refund me the $200.00 fee. I do not mind paying the fee, but being lied to is where I draw the line. I would recommend another business and avoid giving Richard any of your time. Poor leadership, refusing to own and admit their communication failures, and policies are what you will deal with.
