She was responsive right from the get go and worked to get our project turned around in timely fashion. Lee and Elijah were the installers, Lee is a hoot and is clearly a seasoned professional with years of experience. Elijah was also professional and polite! Our dog Olga connected with them both and dogs know good people! You can tell everyone enjoys working for this company. We were very satisfied with the whole process as well as the final results and have been admiring the new setup all week. It never gets old walking into the kitchen to fresh updated countertops and we are absolutely loving our new deep one basin sink!! Both updates will make a big difference should we ever decide to sell and we found the solid surface to be a very cost effective solution! Thanks Shad's!
