Marlborough Appliance Repair

Freezer stopped working called Marlboro he said he would come the next day (today) between 10-2 took the appointment. But still called around to see if i could get another appointment sooner so we didn’t have to throw all of our groceries away. Apparently he’s the same as Worcester appliance repair and so when we called there he was rude and said he gets charged for each phone call he gets then asked if we wanted to cancel our appointment, no we did not want to cancel. Sorry that we didn’t know it was the same person, and secondly if you are getting charged per call you should change your phone service provider. Needless to say he never showed up, did not call to advise if he was running late, or answer the phone when we called to check if he was coming.
