Dorian and his team were excellent - polite, professional and friendly. It was not an easy delivery due to the snow and some other complications due to placement in my house, but Dorian figured it out and he did so with humor, which I appreciate. And now I have a washing machine! Yale is the best and I hope to see Dorian again!
What a great company! I ordered my new fridge from Yale appliance. I did it online but did talk to two men in sales who were very nice and helpful. Communication was great, and I was really impressed by Daniel and George, who deluvered the new fridge. They were so nice, and set up and plugged in the whole thing for me.
Dorian and his team were prompt, efficient, and respectful during the installation and delivery of our new LG washing machine. The entire process was fast and thorough. I had many questions which were all addressed honestly and left me feeling very confident about the new machine. We are long time Yale customers and Dorian and team have once again met our expectations of Yale.
