Professional, efficient, and expert service. We contracted KCR to commission a used 50hp glycol chiller with a remote condenser unit in an unusual indoor-outdoor split setup. They provided an accurate and comprehensive estimate & timeline, and did the installation and setup perfectly. As is expected with any new-to-you equipment, a couple interesting issues popped up, and KCR had the availability and expertise to troubleshoot things quickly and keep the cold flowing. They were great at explaining everything along the way and providing suggestions for spare parts to have on hand for any other issues that came up. Big thanks to Jerry & the technicians, Marty, Steve, and Brian, for their great work on an integral part of our production facility!

We reached out to KCR on a holiday due to an A/C issue. They responded quickly with a service call scheduled later that morning. The company texted us when Craig, our tech, was on the way. Craig was a wealth of info and explained and diagnosed the issue. He was courteous and efficient even removing his shoes when inside the house. Very impressed with KCR and Craig. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KCR. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our home’s AC compressor failed and I decided to also replace my furnace. GM George met me at my home, examined my systems, answered all my questions and offered recommendations. Technicians Brian and Steve were punctual, they worked non-stop and corrected a few past mistakes made by others and they were meticulous. They obviously take pride in their work. I'm glad I chose KCR.

KCR was very responsive when I reached out for quotes for a heat pump replacement and the price was good/ reasonable. They were able to do the work when we wanted and were so easy to work with. The guys did a great job and we are so happy we chose KCR to do the work. Highly recommend!
