When our garage door spring broke we called Precision Door Service in Londonderry. Even though it was a weekend, we got a live person to talk to and set up our repair. On the day of the repair, Dan arrived in a timely manner and explained all our options to us before proceeding to diligently and thoroughly make the necessary repairs and adjustments to our door. The entire experience couldn’t have been smoother - we definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will contact them for any future needs.

Scheduling the appointment for the time I needed was fast and easy. Once Dan arrived, he quickly assessed what was wrong and resolved the issues. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, respectful, and let me know what was going on. If I have future issues, I will be contacting Precision and requesting they send Dan.
