Dylan was knowledgeable, honest & fair in offering me 3 different options for repair/overhaul of my garage door mechanism system. Very polite & put no pressure on me. Excellent company that does outstanding quality work. A bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏽
Contacted Precision Door on Friday night & they were there by 10 am Monday morning. Checked out the issues & gave me 2 options & explained what to expect. My door was fixed within a couple of hours. Justin was very efficient & courteous & again explained everything after installation. Would definitely recommend them for garage door service. Thank you Precision!
Dylan from Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. He arrived about an hour early on an emergency call, clearly explained the issue, and laid out the repair options without pressure. He took the time to walk me through what was worn, what wasn’t, and why my insulated double door should have had two springs from the start. He completed the work in about an hour and fifteen minutes, added reinforcement where needed, balanced the door properly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. The door is quiet, solid, and works better than it has in years. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I’d absolutely recommend Dylan and Precision.
Christian was on time and very professional. He explained to me, my options. Once I made my a decision, he was very efficient. The price was very competitive. Very glad to have our garage door working again. What really surprised me was when I called on Saturday, expecting to leave a message, a person answered the phone and scheduled our appointment for between 8 & 10 AM on Sunday. He called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived at 8:15. We were very impressed with the service from start to finished.
Darren came out and was on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself. Took him about 45 minutes to replace the cables, springs, and new rollers. I checked not sure on price just because I have no idea what stuff like this should cost. I definitely don’t feel that we got taken advantage of. We also got a 10 year warranty.
