High recommended this place. As I walked in, I already loved the smell of the shop! The genuine leather and lots of history in this shop! Bill re soled my suede leather boots wonderfully. Price is reasonable and it took one week for pickup. Bill and another staff member were very friendly and nice!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! He’s fixed heels on boots, insoles in leather shoes, suitcase zippers, buttons on jeans, and even the top button on my Red Sox baseball cap. He’s amazing and always does a fantastic job - he’s saved so many of my favorite items! Definitely recommend, just make sure to bring cash when you come back for your item and check their hours.

This man does awesome shoe repair work! So happy to find he's still there, albeit with reduced hours and no more telephone. Just took my favorite Bass Weejun penny loafers in today and will be back next week with some of my beloved Birks; he's an authorized Birkenstock repair center.
