Can't say enough about Merlin and his staff. Very professional easy to work with. Merlin switch out my old transmission with a used unit. work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Merlin took time to explain everything as well as kept me in the loop. you will not find a better price or shop owner. Would highly recommend.
Merlin replaced the torque converter on my 2018 Silverado. It was a very smooth process and the service was prompt. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing transmisson work done.
They replaced a transfer case on our Toyota Matrix. I was quoted a price by the owner and told to bring it over on a certain date. I picked it up on the promised date and actually paid slightly less than the estimated amount. Excellent service.
If you need your transmission rebuilt I would tell you to go here. You wont beat the price. They do great work and if something goes wrong they have no issues with taking care of it. They stay busy, which is a good thing. Super easy to deal with and talk too.
