The technician (Shon) who did my termite inspection and retreatment was excellent. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and most important extremely thorough. Explained everything in detail before he began and answered all my questions, even gave some great advice to help prevent future pest problems. Made sure I looked over everything and was 100% comfortable with the work done before he left. I truly feel like he cared about protecting my home.
