I had a wonderful experience. I popped in on a whim to look at carpet and they were so warm and inviting. They were happy to help me make selections while giving advice so that I could make the perfect choice. It was great working with them from start to finish. Now we have a beautifully carpeted bonus room! Highly recommend.
Great price and very happy with the result. We needed to get rid of old carpet, vinyl, and hardwood to make everything the same. Burch Brothers worked efficiently and the flooring looks fantastic! Highly recommend.
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Burch Brothers Flooring. We had searched for luxury vinyl plank flooring at numerous other places, but Sarah was hands down the most knowledgeable and was very helpful. She gave me a rough idea of cost just from looking at pictures on Zillow. Geoff came out and measured and the price was a little less than her rough estimate, just as Sarah said it would be. I did get other estimates, but I felt much more confident about having Burch Brothers do the job. In addition, I wanted it done before moving in and Sarah had said it was possible. They tracked the shipment and scheduled installation as soon as they knew they'd have the flooring. Martine and his crew did an absolute amazing job installing the LVP. The pattern was great and the quarter rounds are done so well. My confidence in Burch Brothers was correct, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Burch Brothers based on my experience, it was great from beginning to end.
Our neighbors had Burch Bros. install their new LVP flooring and highly recommended them. We're definitely glade they did. Everything went sooo smooth from deciding which flooring, to measuring and installation. The crew was very professional and worked so hard the entire day. We are very pleased with Burch Bros. and can't recommend then enough. I actually love our home now. The new floors make the entire living area so much brighter. Thanks again for everything.
So far we are very impressed with the service that we received at Burch Brothers. We were greeted warmly by Korina and she was helpful, but not intrusive as we looked through their extensive collection of flooring choices. She even allowed us to take a few samples to see in our home. Jeff (I think that was his name) arrived promptly on the day that we requested to measure and to find out exactly what we wanted. He did a great job repeating back to us each of the specifications that we had requested. The installers, Martin and Carlos, arrived when promised. They finished all the work in one day. They were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. It has been a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Burch Brothers.
