Super pleased with the service we received from Comfort Hounds. Our upstairs unit had a power failure the day before the low was supposed to drop below freezing. I was able to schedule same-day service through their online booking tool. Caleb easily discovered the source of the short and had everything fixed up in no time. Will definitely use them again in the future!
I found the owner and service tech very reliable and knowledgeable. I had an intermittent problem that was hard to find but they got it figured out and at a reasonable price. I will call them with any HVAC problems I have in the future.
Friendly and quick turnaround from time called to arrival for same day emergency service. Spent time to diagnose full system and Explained I had three issues to address on older unit. Offered temporary solution until repair can be completed during business week with parts needed.
