If you enjoy being ignored while standing in plain sight, this is your place. My daughter and I walked in, heard the doorbell ring, and waited while employee in the garage clearly saw us — and chose to ignore us. After knocking and eventually opening the garage door ourselves, a man finally acknowledged us. When I said I wasn’t sure if he knew we were waiting, he replied, “Yes, I knew.” That alone tells you everything. When I asked to rent a U-Haul, he looked annoyed and said we’d have to wait 30 minutes. No apology. No professionalism. Just irritation that we existed. We left and found another location that treated us like customers instead of inconveniences. I will never return.

It took me a long time to find a shop I trust after my dad passed. He was a shop owner like Kevin and known for his thorough work, honesty, and integrity. I tried a few shops in the area before being recommended here by a friend and none of those shops worked with the same values I grew up around. Kevin and Kelly do. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else now. Thank you both for being awesome.

Ive emailed them about getting starter replaced on my 2013 Dart an my experience with them was fantastic, they even had me back on the road within 3 hours after my appointment! Not to mention they also brought up a very slight leak (I already knew about) which shows they do indeed look over your vehicle. Big thumbs up 👍 thank you guys!
