I am so glad to have found BVW Jeweler. I brought them my great grandmother’s ring after another jeweler had worked on it, and I truly thought it was beyond repair. The original delicate details were lost and it no longer felt like her ring. BVW not only listened to my concerns, but they restored it back to its original appearance. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care they put into such a sentimental piece meant more to me than I can express. I am so incredibly grateful to have my family heirloom looking like itself again. If you have a special piece that needs repair or restoration, I would trust BVW without hesitation.

What another wonderful experience. I walked into this shop expecting to pay for a service that Britten says it’s complementary for his customers. Just needed my ring inspected and cleaned. He did more than expected. Received my ring back looking like new. I just took it to another local box store and they cleaning didn’t compare to BVW. The box store wanted to ship my ring out for a week, hell no. He did it all within minutes. While I was there, I bought a couple new unique pieces of jewelry to add to my collection, what beautiful work.
