I’ve had my freestanding gas stove from Fireplace Distributors for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. They sold me the floor model in the beautiful off-white color, called biscuit, that I absolutely adore. The installation team was fantastic and even took the time to paint the pipe to match, which added a nice touch to the overall aesthetic. What I appreciate most is the reliability of the stove; it has been running smoothly without any issues since installation. Plus, I love that they carry Vermont Castings, a brand I truly trust. If you’re looking for quality and great service, I highly recommend Fireplace Distributors!
Amazing experience. Bob was able to fix our fireplace when 2 other people were not. Jason was friendly and courteous when taking my calls and responded quickly. He even sent out Forest the same day to check on a concern that I had. Bob and Forest were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful making sure that everything was working before they left. Thank you!
I've had a bad experience with this company in the past. My stove needed some parts and figured I would try them again. The last couple of years ago they've done well. And the only reason for two star is because of Jose, who cleans the stove to showroom quality. I bought a part because it failed thinking the stove would be back to normal. It wasn't, so called to get a service call. When they called to confirm appointment, I explained that this month has been rough and if they could bill me. They said yes. The day after the appointment, they called. I explained what I told their person who called me and said they could bill me and if we could do something about the part I bought two weeks before since it failed. They responded that they can give me a discount, but had to pay half that day. I explained again that their person said they can bill me, and they basically said we don't finance charity. Anyways, I should've suspected that I would be burned by these guys again. I know this is my side of the story, but when a company tells you one thing and does another, and does not refund the part that failed again is bad business in my book. I'll be going back to Carson City's Sierra Hearth and Home.
