I wish I had a better review for a local business but unfortunately the service was the worst experience I've ever encountered. My husband and I went in for a simple resizing on a custom designed ring. The service was pricey but we had it done anyway. We experienced the most shockingly unprofessional and insulting service from Jeff himself during the pickup. Not only did he refuse to resize the ring to our requested size but he made rude comments throughout and he proceeded to insult the quality of my engagement ring as well as the jeweler whom designed it for us and whom we know personally. He even went as far as to claim that my diamond was not real (which I've had appraised more than once). We stood shocked at his hurtful words about a piece so special to us. Very unprofessional to insult your customers and other jewelers. Jeff was completely insulting and rude to paying customers and we will not be returning.
