Issue Solved: My main laptop (a MacBook Pro) suddenly wouldn't turn on at all—a very stressful situation, as I was worried about losing years of work. From the moment I called Lucent Computer Company, they were fantastic. The person who took my computer, was calm, professional, and immediately put my mind at ease. Can't say enough about Lucent Computer and their team. Spot on acute customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Been using his service for the last seven year. Have never left a review. The reason I decided to leave one this time around. For one, credit is over due and two, Al and his team really saved me this time. Brought in my MacBook and my iPhone amidst of me processing an extreme high value contract for work. With short period, he was able to identify the issue, gave me a turn-around time and delivered way in advance within the turn-around time. They saved me and can't thank them enough. I was explained the issue enough, where my un-savvy tech self was able to fully understand the issue. Thanks Lucent Computer and team.

So this is the way to go if you need your computer repaired. The service was excellent, the quality of the repair was superb, and I would definitely recommended you this repair service! Despite the incliment hurricane weather, I was able to receive my Macbook Pro back in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I was sent in on a Monday and repaired on Saturday! I had a bad crack from the bottom of my screen, and I can't even tell that I was broken! 5 out of 5 stars!
