Rose is professional super star phone wizard. I waa going to tradmy phone in with a balance and get a new phone. Would have had to pay balance and new phone fees, maybe all my data would not transfer, ugh! She repaired my phone in an hour for less than the balance of my phone, new service fees, new phone and contract. Thank you for being so helpful and thorough. You are the best! Aak for Rose!

This was an extraordinary experience. My cellphone was not working. The screen went black and touchless due to a 'great fall of the wall'. Rose reassured me that my phone could be repaired. I feel like I have a new whole (nothing was lost like when you get a new phone sometimes). Rose diagnosed my phone issue immediately. This store is highly recommended.

This is a nice store, but more importantly, it was the customer service experience from Rose that really stood out. She was pleasant from the very start. She listened attentively to my request and offered great suggestions. She has good product knowledge too. In the end, she helped me find an item that turned out better than what I had originally intended to buy. A+++ customer experience!!
