Andrey was very professional and courteous. He texted a photo of himself and his work truck along with his arrival time. He had our daughter’s dryer running again in no time and at a very reasonable price. He even cleaned extra lint out from inside the dryer and left the work area clean. Our Maytag Dryer stopped heating and we contacted Eco Appliance Repair. He was very helpful in setting up an appt. for the next morning to assess and diagnose the issue. Repair man arrived on-time and gave us advance notice of his expected arrival. In a matter of minutes he was able to determine the culprit. Not to mention repair price was very reasonable-and service was quick as he had the part on-hand. I tried to research what the issue might be beforehand and am glad we contacted Eco Appliance as it turned out to be the heater coil and not the thermostat as I had assumed. We would highly recommend Eco Appliance and are glad we found an honest, knowledgeable appliance repair service! Our dryer is working perfectly now! Thank you for your help!

Eco did a great job for us repairing our older Kenmore gas dryer. He arrived promptly, texted his timing, and got it working again for a reasonable price. He also cleaned things up around the dryer and left the area looking better than it had originally. Highly recommended!

Andrey has serviced my washer 5 years ago and I have had no problems since. He replaced a heating element in my dryer 4 years ago and again there has been no problems. Today I called him because my washing stopped working. Andrew replaced the motor so that I would not have to purchase a new washer. He is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend his services. Thank you for always doing a great job!
