Steven's Pro Phone Repair

I brought my phone here to have both the front and back screens replaced. Initially, the repair seemed fine, but within an hour I had to bring it back due to issues. About a week later, my phone began freezing, and the only way to use it again was to wait until the battery died. A month later, I noticed the back screen was not properly secured. When I returned to ask if this could be corrected, I was told I would be charged, even though it appeared to be an error from the original repair. I’m disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability.
