Change my screen for 200 dollars. Volume disappeared, screen stays dark and I have to use a ear piece at all time to communicate on my phone. My phone end up dropping in less than a month from not being held in my hand, due to constant head phone use. I went back 4× before he even diagnosed my phone and told me it's not his fault although the volume worked fine before he fixed it. I'm going to buy a screen for $30 and fix it myself. So much for professionals. DIY... it's not worth it. Update!! How can or was my phone dead on arrival when I called you and multiple stores about fixing it. We spoke numerous times I can show pictures of a screens...
