I would give 0 stars if possible. Called yesterday for an issue with the chimney for a restaurant and they said they would be out between 2 and 4 today. When they didn't show up I called back and was told first that they couldn't make it today, and then after pressing them because it is a business with no hot water they said they don't even cover this area. Would have been nice to know up front when I called yesterday and asked if they did cover the area. If I was a betting man, I would say the person who answered the phone was overseas and has no idea what the company does or what areas it covers. HORRIBLE way to run a business.
