The Zac arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful throughout the entire visit. During the inspection, he took the time to thoroughly assess the areas we wanted to remodel, and they patiently answered all of our questions. His knowledge and expertise were clear, and he offered insightful suggestions that I hadn't considered. The estimate they provided was detailed and transparent, with a clear breakdown of costs and the scope of work.
