Rented a 2 man auger which wouldn't run at the job. Lost a full weekend for that. The following weekend they let us switch to a 1 man auger which basically had the same issues. Was told they would refund my money on the rental which never happened only bs excuse about how they sent the refund but it's been taking a very long time especially if charged on a debit card. Why not just tell me I beat on my rental money and be honest. Ill never rent here again.

The gentlemen that work here are all SO friendly, polite, and helpful! My mower repair was super affordable and I was very impressed with staff presence! Great job guys!
