While I was disappointed the Amana washer purchased from here stopped working after only a year and a half, Columbia Appliance came right out the next day and fixed it at no charge. Jesse is a very skilled repair man. I do wish I would have bought a Speed Queen instead of an Amana for value in the long run.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL during installation!! When the dishwasher turned out to be dented, they went back to fetch a new one. Spent extra time ensuring all appliances were hooked up and even with the countertops. At the front end during the shopping process, Russ was very thoughtful in putting together a bundled plan for my kitchen appliances. Transparent with costs and flexible with my schedule to plan the delivery and installation.
Great experience when we bought our refrigerator and stove. Installation was great. Great guys who were very respectful to our home. Had an issue come up a year later and they took care of it. Highly recommend!
Columbia Appliance was easy to communicate with and super friendly throughout the whole process of working with them! They were able to patiently answer all my questions and guide me through the process of fixing my washer. Would recommend to anyone.
