Guy gives a 1 star rating because they were rude giving him a quote over the phone. What a joke. They can be rude because they are that good at their job. They deal with idiots daily. Like me. I watched a YouTube video and thought I could repair a head gasket. I brought the head to these guys with lifters, fuel rail and everything still attached. He could tell I was an idiot and pulled me to the side and showed me something that saved me thousands of dollars. He showed me how to bleed my adjustable hydraulic lifters. I didn't even know what those were, or why I should do it but I followed his advice and the repair worked. No YouTube video showed me that. My friend destroyed 2 engines by not bleeding his lifters before asking me for help. I said J D Engine & Machine showed me. That wasn't even their job to tell me. Ovcourse they did impeccable work and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
