Extremely knowledgeable and people oriented. They don't mind showing you how your equipment is supposed to work. They take pride in their work!!! Those guys treat you like UNCLES, wonderful guys and the whole place is like that especially the service department. If you want something done right go to the Bus. Loop NOT North on Paris Rd.
I purchased my MX6000 and Honda generator from FPLL and was great dealing with them from start to finish. My Kubota just had some warranty work completed on it and the service division/delivery guy were great as well. Very impressed with everyone that I have dealt with.
Purchased a 2018 Kubota M6060 about a month ago with no warranty, put 10 hours on it and had a loss of power and hydraulic issues. Contacted the dealership, they were very responsive, came and picked it up, wound up replacing all the injectors and gaskets on the top end, and a few other things. Brought it back today, all work covered by Kubota at no charge. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service through this process, Jason and the service crew were all top notch start to finish. Thank you!
I met and worked with Travis Burnett to buy a new Exmark Radius S Mower. The experience was very good and I highly recommend. Travis went above me beyond to get me in the mower. I took delivery today.
Gary and Travis went above and beyond to make my lawn mower buying experience all around fantastic. They were knowledgable about the products they sell, and didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t interested in. I got in, picked a mower I wanted to buy within 20 minutes, and was back home gassing it up and mowing about 2 hours later. They were recommended to me by a LONG time customer, and I foresee myself being a long time customer.
